Whether as supporters, members, donors, constituents, or all of the above, people are the lifeblood of your cause. They're also the data set most likely to be strewn and stranded as your digital presence diversifies.
Frakture can't fix that singlehandedly but we can retrieve your people records from all the systems that we touch — so that come what may, they'll all be known to the warehouse.
A standard person stream creates a single table reflecting the constituents our bot finds in your platform, capturing name, phone, email, and address information* along with the record's ID number in the source system and timestamps for creation time and update time. Although obviously not standard, we can in some cases also capture custom fields. See a detailed description of the standard Frakture person table here.
The bots will search across all those tables for common people records to make a determination about the earliest point when a supporter entered your ambit. This enables us to credit an origin source code that first "earned" that supporter, and calculate the lifetime value generated by that source code as a result of the supporter's subsequent donations — fantastic for tracking long-term ROI and accurately measuring advertising and acquisition efforts.
